General Information, Terms & Conditions
Confirmation Letters and Joining Instructions:
We will fax you and mail a confirmation of your enrollment within 1 � 2 business days after receipt of your registration together with full joining instructions, and your invoice.
Training Schedule:
Training starts at 8:30 am each morning and concludes at 2:30pm each day unless otherwise stated in the confirmation letter.
Fess and Payment:
Fees include all tuition cost, a comprehensive reference manual, certificate of attendance, daily luncheon, and refreshments. Fees do not include accommodation or travel expenses.
You must submit your payment in the form of wire transfer, bank draft (payable to STRATEGIA), credit card, or purchase order (made out to STRATEGIA) 10 days before trainings / events commence.
Please note that STRATEGIA will not process training / event registrations within 10 days of the training / event start date until payment or original purchase order is received. Prices are listed in US Dollar. Payment options on local currencies are available. All prices are exclusive of any applicable local taxes.
Cancellations and Substitutions:
Cancellations or transfers must be in writing and become effective on the date received by STRATEGIA. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations within 14 days of the training / event start date, although substitute delegates will always be welcome.
Cancellations made 14 days prior to the first day of the training will be refunded in full. Cancellations after that date are subject to a 75% service charge. All �no shows� will be charged the full amount.
STRATEGIA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training / event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a STRATEGIA cancellation, any training / event fees paid will be refunded in full. STRATEGIA will bear no further liability with regard to the consequences of such cancellation.
Certificates of Attendance:
All delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance at the end of the training / event.
Meals and Refreshments:
Light refreshments and buffet style meals are available during STRATEGIA events (unless mentioned). If you require special food, diet or vegetarian meals, our administrative staff will be pleased to assist you in making all necessary arrangements.
Hotel Booking:
Participants are responsible for all hotel and travel arrangements. If you require assistance with booking accommodation for one of our trainings / events, we have appointed a Travel Agency (a hotel booking specialist), to help you.
Where accommodation is reserved by you or by STRATEGIA acting as your agent, there is a separate legally binding contract between you and the hotel or conference center. If you change your booking, transfer your delegate or cancel attendance at a training / event, it is your responsibility to contact the hotel/ conference center directly. You may be liable for cancellation charges if you give insufficient notice.
